Experimental study on thermal performance of ultra-high performance concrete with coarse aggregates at high temperature

Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) exhibits superior mechanical and durability with very high compressive strength. Compared ordinary concrete, it is more environmentally friendly has the great potential to be a practical solution improve sustainability of infrastructure. This study focuses on examining thermal properties UHPC coarse aggregates (CA-UHPC) subjected temperature ranged from 20 °C ∼ 900 °C, including changes in macro micro morphology before after temperatures, conductivity, mass loss, specific heat expansion. The effects temperature, aggregate steel fiber content material will evaluated both qualitatively quantitatively. Experimental results show that greatly affects CA-UHPC.
